We apply layered security practices across every part of the 2gud platform — from the moment you enter your UPI ID to the moment a withdrawal confirmation reaches your PhonePe wallet.

Encryption at Rest and in Transit

All personal data stored on 2gud servers is encrypted at rest. Data moving between your device and our servers — including Paytm and UPI identifiers — is protected by TLS encryption, keeping it unreadable to any third party in transit.

Cookie Policy

We use functional cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your language and currency settings. Analytics cookies are opt-in only; you can manage your cookie choices from the cookie banner or your account settings panel.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available on every 2gud account. We send a one-time code to your registered mobile number each time a login is detected from an unrecognised device, reducing the risk of unauthorised access significantly.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records tied to UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe payments are held for the period required under Indian financial law. Profile data you have not updated in 24 months is flagged for a retention review, and you will be notified before any deletion occurs.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors solely to complete your deposit or withdrawal. We do not share personal data with advertisers. Any third-party service provider operating on our behalf is contractually bound to handle your data to the same standard we apply.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings, and select 'Download My Data'. You will receive a structured file covering your profile, transaction history, and session records within seven working days of the request.
